It is about a microscopic alien race that invades our planet as a communicable plague, communicating telepathically with one another so as to be able to outsmart any obstacle; certain individuals, such as presidents and kings and other significant political figures, are driven insane, launching all nuclear missles at the Arctic and Antarctica and causing chaos across the planet.
